Good Service but Room for Improvement: I recently had my Nissan Kicks battery replaced by Battmobile, and I must say their service was swift, professional, and efficient. The technician arrived promptly, carried out the replacement smoothly, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s clear that Battmobile values quality and customer satisfaction when it comes to their technical work. However, I found their rates to be on the higher side compared to other battery replacement services in Dubai. Additionally, the technician was quite persistent in pushing service package, even though I clearly mentioned that my car already has an existing maintenance plan with another provider. Overall, I’m satisfied with the battery replacement itself and appreciate the quick response time but a little less sales pressure and more flexibility on pricing would make the experience truly five-star.
