What a fantastic service. Easiest reviews to write-ever! My key broke on Sunday morning. Called Robert @ Bath&Southwest Auto locksmiths, I offered to take the VW Amarok to him in Bath but he was on the way to Corsham so came to me after that job. Offered me an option of one or Two keys, was with me in an hour and finished less than an hour later, keys cut & coded! Superb service. Robert explained what he would do and did exactly that. Prompt, efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Messaged Bath, Bristol & Southwest Auto Locksmith quite late on Saturday evening as lost my BMW key.Had a Email back within minutes Joseph was so helpful and very professional. He said yes he could do what I needed and gave me the price which I was over the moon with, and turned up Sunday afternoon exacting as said, got me in my car and sorted 2 keys out for me. 10/10 Top Job Exceptionally Professional and Polite Service,I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR AUTO LOCKSMITH NEEDS.

Highly recommend. He was so quick to arrive, went above and beyond and was very polite and insightful. Came right out to us and sorted the car really quicky. Hopefully don't have the issue again but if we do (or anyone we know does) he'll be the only person we call!

Great guy, fast and efficient worker. Would highly recommend to anybody in need of a new vehicle key. Came on a Sunday as my key fob had died and couldn't unlock my van with it. Was significantly cheaper than any other quote I had gotten.

Came out on the day to diagnose the issue with my SLK steering lock. Kept me in the loop the whole time regarding what needed doing. Kept the price extremely reasonable and car is back to how it should be. Very professional service. Also an absolute top guy, super knowledgeable and nice to talk to both in person and over the phone. This guy is so professional, friendly and is so knowledgeable. Met me and my brother in law late on a weekday evening to program a key fob, cut a new key and even updated the car. I have just recently the most incredible service from Rob. He is a lovely guy, who is open and honest , transparent with the fees. Last night I locked my car keys in my car. Rob said he would be with me within 2 hours, which to my delight, I got to me within 1. Rob kept me at ease as I was quite frustrated, cold, tired and hungry. He was very efficient, kind and obviously knows his work very well. He prices were super fair considering it was a late night call out as well. I could not recommend this man enough. Brilliant Service Rob got too me within 2 hours from me contacting him. Very efficient, great character,open and honest guy who knows his trade. Fair pricing confirmed price during our initial conversation which did not change.

Rob was very responsive even late on Saturday night. He came out early on Sunday morning when we had lost of car keys. Although he wasn't able to sort out a replacement key, he really tried his best to help and even called someone else to come. He didn't charge us for the call out. He seemed fair and sincere. I would recommend his services if you need an auto locksmith around bath/Bristol area.
