Our fridge broke down the other day, the ice cream had melted, which meant all the food was going to spoil very soon if we didn’t do something. Fortunately I had a spare fridge in a storage shed, just no way of getting it to the house, no friends with trailers were available, and I am unable to lift anything myself with my current back injury. Added to that it was a Sunday, and it was already getting close to dusk. I contacted Batesy Van and Batesy was picking up my fridge to deliver it to my house within 30 minutes for quite a reasonable price. Without Batesy Van coming to the rescue, our food would be spoiled, and we would have had no other way to get that fridge delivered until who knows when the next day if we were lucky. Great service, very handy for emergencies like this was, and whatever else you might need to have transported.

I needed help moving a large refrigerator from my friend's place on a Thursday evening around 6:30 PM. Justin was quick in responding to my texts. I really appreciated Justin's flexibility with the timing. He arrived right on time and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.
