I had an urgent issue and was able to get an electrician over to my house within an hour. Ryan did an excellent job. I will do business with Bates again.

At first, Bates was not our top choice for contract work, but I became convinced after hearing about their strong reputation. I'm glad I made that decision, as they are doing an excellent job. I'm happy to share this!

My first impression of Bates was impeccable. They worked hard to fix our giant circuit board. We have hired them five times so far, and they have always shown great efficiency while charging reasonably.

It took one week to update the line to our home completely, as our building is two decades old. The team of technicians worked diligently and finished the job within our budget and at a time that was convenient for us. I can't thank them enough!

Franky was our electrician and was great. He came in, was professional and handled our job quickly and neatly. They would have received 5 stars but the first electrician called in sick and did not make our 7am appointment but Bates worked quickly to find a replacement and Franky saved the day getting to our home quickly.

We had to wait longer for their inspection. They likely had other committed work, but I am happy with their work as they completed it proficiently.

We needed an annual electrical inspection for my work and they were able schedule us the same week. William, the electrician that came out was great. He was a great communicator, friendly, respectful of our covid policies (its a nursing home / assisted living), and was able to get the report done same day. His sales team should know he was quick to inform me that Bates could also service our generators. We will definitely work with Bates again and highly recommend William.
