First time using this company and was very pleased. Sheldon was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely use them for future projects.

A great experience with Sheldon. Sheldon did the initial assessment and fortunately also did the work of installing my car charger receptacle. He’s a problem solver, competent, personable, articulate, and very respectful of the importance of his work. After his initial assessment, the quote took a while to get (not his responsibility). But after I made a couple calls to some responsive folks, Sheldon came to the house and did a terrific job. I’ll definitely hire Sheldon again, especially if they close the gap between estimate and quote/scheduling. Thanks again, Sheldon!

Sheldon with Bates Electric was OUTSTANDING! They answered the phone immediately + scheduled me for a convenient time that works for us. Sheldon arrived on time and called me to alert me he was here. I mean the communication was absolutely insane. We already have another appointment ready to go for additional work. Sheldon worked quickly and stayed to be sure everything was working as expected. (It was longer than I expected but he stayed without hesitation.). Could not recommended this company or this technician more. Thank you Bates Electric and Sheldon for being a great company. We requested a service call and Sheldon arrived promptly the next morning. He quickly resolved an issue with our under cabinet lights in the kitchen.

Sheldon installed a replacement ceiling fan and a replacement GFCI receptacle on our front porch. Upon his arrival, he got right to work and completed the work promptly. He also provided an estimate for the installation of several light fixtures inside the house. He was very knowledgeable and personable.
