Somehow ordering flowers for my mom's memorial service got completely overlooked until about 5pm the night before. Bassett was able to accommodate us with two large standing formal sprays, two sizeable vases and an urn wreath by 10am the next day! I let the tourists decide on which flowers to use, and they choose absolutely beautiful blooms. I couldn't be happier with Bassett! Ask for Brooks, he'll take care of everything!

We’ve always ordered weeks in advance for custom arrangements and they’ve always delivered our requests perfectly. This gives the team more time to thoughtfully create pieces. We recently had two milestone birthdays in our family we needed flowers for. We trust no one but Bassett to create these arrangements for us, so much so that we drove an hour to and from just to pick them up. While my husband was there, he also bought me a gorgeous bouquet as well.

Bought a wreath for a funeral service online and they delivered everything on time with a beautiful arrangement beyond expectations! Disgraceful and disgusting. I placed a significant order for my father’s military funeral, 2 standing veterans sprays and a red, white and blue wreath to surround his urn for delivery before his military service. They were late, and I sat there as they brought this order in while my entire family watched. Outright disgraceful. I should have gone with my florist who is dependable and doesn’t embarrass me in front of my family as all of the floral displays were delivered and Naval officers waited in the hallway. I will never recommend them to anyone. Particularly when I paid for, and specified the exact delivery time for his military service. The displays were well-done, but timeliness is essential for a funeral service, as every floral business that I have ever done business with knows full and well, particularly for funerals; and delaying Naval officers because they were not delivered on-time is simply unprofessional and not acceptable. Moreover, they should not have been delivered through the service door in front of my father’s family and friends and rather carried in from the front door. It was an embarrassment and disgraceful. **I don’t need your $200 refund. I placed an order for a Naval funeral and your business’ unprofessional behavior truly should be reflected so everyone knows how you operate.

Great job!. They delivered a beautiful bouquet taking onto account our color preferences and delivering it in the window of time we asked them to. Easy website to order from.

Pro: They offer same day delivery, and delivered quickly. Con: I didn't expect them to be exact, but the flowers delivered barely resemble the arrangement ordered. The arrangement shown is the "standard". I ordered the "deluxe" version. What was received was cute, but not at all what was ordered.
