Bassett Flowers

I wanted to purchase a bouquet for a friend who had a family member pass. I live across the country but after much research I found Bassett! Flowers. It was super easy to order online and I felt the pricing was reasonable. I purchased a designers choice bouquet and asked them to use purple and white and it was perfect!

We’ve always ordered weeks in advance for custom arrangements and they’ve always delivered our requests perfectly. This gives the team more time to thoughtfully create pieces. We recently had two milestone birthdays in our family we needed flowers for. We trust no one but Bassett to create these arrangements for us, so much so that we drove an hour to and from just to pick them up. While my husband was there, he also bought me a gorgeous bouquet as well.

I sent my mom a Designer's Choice bouquet for her birthday and couldn’t be happier. The flowers arrived on time, fresh, and absolutely beautiful. I always make an effort to support local flower shops when sending flowers, and Bassett did not disappoint.

Bought a wreath for a funeral service online and they delivered everything on time with a beautiful arrangement beyond expectations! Called them about a special request of a ribbon message and they made it very easy to speak too. The result was top notch! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star quality! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Basset Flowers!

Disgraceful and disgusting. I placed a significant order for my father’s military funeral, 2 standing veterans sprays and a red, white and blue wreath to surround his urn for delivery before his military service. They were late, and I sat there as they brought this order in while my entire family watched. Outright disgraceful. I should have gone with my florist who is dependable and doesn’t embarrass me in front of my family as all of the floral displays were delivered and Naval officers waited in the hallway. I will never recommend them to anyone. Particularly when I paid for, and specified the exact delivery time for his military service. The displays were well-done, but timeliness is essential for a funeral service, as every floral business that I have ever done business with knows full and well, particularly for funerals; and delaying Naval officers because they were not delivered on-time is simply unprofessional and not acceptable. Moreover, they should not have been delivered through the service door in front of my father’s family and friends and rather carried in from the front door. It was an embarrassment and disgraceful. **I don’t need your $200 refund. I placed an order for a Naval funeral and your business’ unprofessional behavior truly should be reflected so everyone knows how you operate.

I ordered flowers for my mom for Valentine’s Day’s since the place I usually order from was closed. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The flowers were not fresh and was dying on day 3. Didn’t even make a week. Waste of my money. Never ever again. Save you money guys. I’m still pissed off about these flowers

Pro: They offer same day delivery, and delivered quickly. Con: I didn't expect them to be exact, but the flowers delivered barely resemble the arrangement ordered. The arrangement shown is the "standard". I ordered the "deluxe" version. What was received was cute, but not at all what was ordered.

The service and staff are amazing! I had a wonderful experience planning and discussing the flower arrangement for my wedding. Everyone complimented us on the bride & bridesmaids bouquets. Couldn’t have asked for a better team, honestly.

I ordered an arrangement for a coworker that lost her grandmother. I’m from another state so totally unfamiliar with the floral industry here. The funeral home provided the recommendation for Bassett and I trusted I was in good hands. I had idea of what I wanted and Brooks did an amazing job! The arrangement was gorgeous, filled with premium flowers and even was kind enough to send a picture of the beautiful work! I can’t thank them enough! Quality customer service is rare and Bassett Flowers and Gifts provided excellent customer service, a beautiful arrangement & delivered on short notice during a holiday season!
