I recently had the pleasure of working with Juan, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. His honesty is truly refreshing in a field where it can be hard to find trustworthy professionals. Juan took the time to explain the issues with my RV in detail, ensuring I understood what needed to be done and why. His extensive knowledge and expertise were evident as he efficiently diagnosed the problems and provided effective solutions. Not only did he complete the repairs quickly, but he also went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly before he left. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and their RV’s. If you're in need of an RV mechanic, look no further. Juan is hands down the best in the area! Highly recommended!!! I was having charging issues I thought with my trailer. After several attempts to diagnose my issues & changing parts I called these guys on a rainy day (4th of July weekend)… they were not able to come & give service but JUAN talked to me & after a little understanding of my situation we came to the conclusion that I lacked the battery capacity required to operate my trailer effectively… he was vey helpful in his time that he didn’t have to spend talking to me over the phone & actually saved me money along with a little embarrassment!! Thanks Juan….

Juan did a great job fixing my water heater , yes it’s pricey for rv repairs but it was done right and I don’t have to worry . Or break anything through trial and error 😅

Got the hot water heater running for some tenants of mine. I was unable to fix it cause of work. Responded pretty quickly and fixed our problem pretty quickly. Only issue is the price I was charged was high. $200 hr + $125 call out fee. Recommend if you’re in a bind

This is a awesome Rv Repair Shop. I used them when I was in Kermit, Texas and 2019 to work on my AC unit and they did a great job. upon returning to Kermit Texas to work again. I had to contact them because I was having issues with my hot water heater. And they were able to walk me through what I needed to do to get it working. great people easy to communicate with totally awesome Shop

I want to start off by saying I am the type to write honest reviews as well as read them. Me and my husband had the pleasure of meeting Mel and Juan yesterday. There are a few reasons why I recommend this company. They are a local family owned business, they provide mobile services, prices are reasonable, great customer service (very personable),and they educate you while repairing . My husband and I are 1st time rv trailer owners so there's a lot we need to learn. My husband asked Juqn a few questions before they left and he answered them no problem. We had a small leak under our shower. The leak is now fixed thanks to Basin RV Repair. Will we use their services again? Absolutely!!! Do I recommend you use their services? Absolutely!!!
