Called three times To inquire about the rates of which they buy gold and silver, The person on the line whose name I never got stated that they buy based on the item. So I went down and tried to sell my items two Silver bracelets, and a gold ring . For clarification, I went twice. The first time I went, they gave me an Offer for a Sterling silver Harley Davidson bracelet Which was close to the Mark. And then lowball me on the gold ring. When I went back the second time The next day they tried to give me a different price on both of the items. I would not recommend This place to sell to. Highly unknowledgeable or ignorant and their competitors pay 29%higher for precious metals. I would recommend mo money pawn or Tempe pawn When dealing with precious metals…… Edit due to the response : and no I am not one of your competitors, nor do I work or know any of your competitors Personally. I simply got exactly 29% higher From a place not too far from your location, which is why I use the word competitor. Your customer service sucks over the phone and in person sure it might be great in terms of A person coming up and saying, hey, how may I help you? but they are still Lowballing.. You as a business should be able to tell a person over the phone exactly what you pay for precious metals Since they are based off Weight. Every other place, I called did the same thing why be so difficult if Your customer service is so great 😭if the spot Price is 85 bucks You should be able to tell somebody hey we’re paying 69 a gram on 14 karat or Whatever you may be able to pay . And if it is based off condition or name such as Tiffany or David Yurman, you should be able to just say yeah for just regular scrap It should be X Dollar amount And if it’s something special, then we might be able to pay a little bit more come bring it on in we’ll work with you …(that’s what the next place said) that’s how a business works, Not telling a customer who may be interested in coming to your establishment Oh, it Depends on the piece Knowing full well, it matters not what the piece is that you have a dollar amount in mind On the low end🤦🏽‍♂️

We have been to quiet pawn shops over the years! I must say we get the best treatment and fair offers on gold, and silver. Today! Tony, the owner became uncle Tony to my son! On December 23 2025 my brother and I went in around 530 pm looking for. A Christmas miracle a specific item it was the last hope we had and sure I enough the manager and another young man were able to help us out we ended up finding my moms gold earrings that we were looking for all day he treated us so kind gave us a really good deal cleaned them and boxed them up really nice thank you my dude u saved Christmas we definitely will be back

I purchased a brand new (in box) ar15 from them, took it to the range & had it blow up on me. I tried to exchange it or atleast get a refund but they refused to & now have me in a back & forth battle with them & the manufacturer. Now they want me to ship the firearm with a loaded round in the chamber to the manufacturer before this progresses any further. Almost lost my life to a weapon they sold, seems like they don't care much about their customers safety.

The service was magnificent. The owner and his staff were welcoming, respectful, professional and at all times willing to help and answer any concerns or questions. But the most important aspect, was how honest and responsible toward the customer. Unlike other stores, they had such a friendly attitude and at all times were willing to to find options to support their customers. Thank you so very much.
