***** EDIT: Following the negative review, Mr. Bourne was very quick to respond to me and resolve the issue with providing the detailed radon report. As a result, I have improved the rating to two-stars. Unfortunately, it should not take customers needing to exercise all available remedies for them to receive the services that they paid for. ***** Beware using this service. Paid for home inspection and radon test. Refuses to provide the actual result of radon test or provide a refund. Darius Bourne won’t respond to my text messages, emails or voice messages. Quality of inspection was also poor and lacked attention to detail. At end of inspection I had to point out 6 recessed lights that were not functioning that he somehow missed. After receiving inspection report, it stated that he only tested some windows but didn’t say which. I had to go back and test every windows myself and found one that was broken. All of these issues aside, I would not be leaving a negative review at all if he would respond to my texts, emails and voice mail. Not very professional.
