From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and great attention to detail. Nora, the sales representative, was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions. Her clear communication and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The installation crew was just as impressive. They were polite, hardworking, and completed the job in a very timely manner. The quality of their workmanship really shows—the fence looks great and was installed with precision. I would definitely recommend Cartersville Fence Company to anyone needing a privacy fence. Just had a three rail fence with black wire backing installed. We are very pleased. The crew showed up on time, did a great job, finished much sooner than I expected, and cleaned up the work area. Overall a great experience.

After a tree fell and demolished our backyard fence, Bartow was referred by a friend to install a new replacement fence. They did an excellent job - highly responsive, provided a detailed estimate that was competitive with the other two quotes we received, executed the work in a timely manner with great communication, and the finished product looks great. Would use them again 10 out of 10 times.

I can’t speak to the quality of their fences, but their gate workmanship is horrible. Cheap chain link fence posts and the welds have failed multiple times, most recently on both openers. Im sure they do fine fence work, but find someone else for gates.

We recently had the displeasure of hiring Bartow Fence Company to install a fence around my property, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, it was a series of disappointments and frustrations that left us regretting our decision to ever engage with this company. First and foremost, the communication was abysmal. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and when I did manage to get through to someone, they seemed utterly clueless about the status of our project. When the installation finally began, it quickly became evident that the design quality was shockingly poor, to say the least. These concerns were brought to the attention of the salesman but quickly dismissed. Low and behold, the fence lasted less than 6 months and was severely damaged during a light storm. The most infuriating part of the whole ordeal was the lack of accountability from Bartow Fence Company. When I brought up the damage sustained with management, they were dismissive and refused to rectify the situation. They quickly tried to sell us on another fence. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring Bartow Fence Company to look elsewhere. Their incompetence, poor communication, and utter lack of professionalism make them wholly unfit to handle any fencing project. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually cares about their customers and takes pride in their work.

We had Bartow Fence out last year to install our dog park and do some minor repairs on a fence. Not only was the price right, but the workmanship was excellent. I had to call Bartow Fence recently to make a couple of minor repairs. Not only did I receive a prompt reply, but they came out the following week to make the necessary repairs at no charge. Love this company. Would highly recommend them!
