We are vacationing here from Louisville, Kentucky. Our car died on us. We literally coasted into Starrs Auto repair...A GOD send. In addition to our car stalling, we had locked our keys in the car. Joe from Starr Auto immediately came out and unlocked our car. We paid for a diagnostic test on our car. Chris, the mgr., was amazing, friendly and professional. We ended up needing a ride to enterprise and Kenny gave us a ride. Sandra in office allowed us to charge our phone and gave us chocolate. Thank you to Richie, owner, for his hospitality and for hiring such wonderful, caring employees.

Exceptional service. Fast and friendly and professional. Having a lowered vehicle makes it difficult to choose the right company and this is definitely a great company with knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend and when new ECU arrives, will be calling again to tow back to dealership. Forgot drivers name, but he prompt and safe
