It took a long time for the part needed to arrive but that is not the fault of Barton. It would’ve been nice to get updates more frequently on the progress of the part arrival time. Having said that, Jan, the technician, was very professional and personable, as well as highly competent. I have the highest praises for him.

Barton Appliance recently helped me source and replace the broken oven door on my Fisher & Paykel gas range, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, Jan and the team were incredibly helpful in tracking down the correct part number, clearly explaining the process, and being very upfront about both parts and labour costs. They also set realistic expectations around timelines, which they met perfectly—even with the replacement part coming from the EU. When Jan came to install the new door, he was fantastic: professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. He worked quickly, treated our home with care, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I was genuinely impressed with both Jan and the Barton Appliance team and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others

Our washer was not draining. Jan came to assess it and was amazing. He was very clear with the possible issues and definitely knows his stuff. Luckily the pump was just clogged so it was a quick and cost efficient fix. I recommend him and Barton to anyone who needs an appliance repair.

Jan did an awesome repair on our LG Washing machine. He quickly identified the problem and quickly ordered the replacement control board. He installed the new control board on his second visit and our washer works perfectly. Well done. Mark

Jan from Barton Appliance Tepair provided excellent service — he quickly diagnosed the issues with our oven hood fan, ordered parts and was back to fix it three days later.

Jan from Barton was excellent . Polite , fast and able to determine the issue and fix it all in one visit. They also warranty their labour for 3 months so should this issue arise they will just charge for the part. Thanks so inch for the awesome service!!
