It took a long time for the part needed to arrive but that is not the fault of Barton. It would’ve been nice to get updates more frequently on the progress of the part arrival time. Having said that, Jan, the technician, was very professional and personable, as well as highly competent. I have the highest praises for him.

Barton Appliance recently helped me source and replace the broken oven door on my Fisher & Paykel gas range, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, Jan and the team were incredibly helpful in tracking down the correct part number, clearly explaining the process, and being very upfront about both parts and labour costs. They also set realistic expectations around timelines, which they met perfectly—even with the replacement part coming from the EU.
When Jan came to install the new door, he was fantastic: professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. He worked quickly, treated our home with care, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I was genuinely impressed with both Jan and the Barton Appliance team and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others
