Is has been announced today that as of tomorrow there will be a ban on entering people’s homes, however, tradespeople have been exempt from this ban and can still enter your property to carry out essential work.
We have been following the government’s guidelines and expectations of those trading in people’s homes and have the following measures in place to keep everyone safe. We will continue to follow guidelines and will make any necessary changes when required.
1. Our technicians wear a face mask to all clients
2. Our technicians wear fresh clean gloves to every client
3. We have handwashing facilities in our vans and the technicians also carry antibacterial gel.
4. All reporting is digital and will be sent to your email, this means we are not passing any paper over our clients.
5. Covid-19 risk assessments are carried out for each client and Commercial premises as per government guidelines. We can send your copy by email on request.
6. Clients are advised to wear face masks, observe social distancing at all times and can also remain in another room or outside the property which we carry out our work.
7. Our technicians have signed up to test & protect.
8. Clients must cancel appointments if they are showing any Covid-19 symptoms or have been track and traced. This includes all members of their household.
