Barleywood Kitchens

We used Barleywood for our new kitchen in our self build project, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. This is a very professional and well run firm, they were always quick to respond to any queries and really helpful all the way through. Hayley did our design works for us, and literally brought the kitchen of our dreams to life. The fitter Mark had a next level attention to detail and made a cracking job of everything he did. We would definitely recommend Barleywood to anyone considering a new kitchen!

Hayley did such a great job to understand what was important to us, and was super flexible and patient as we were figuring out the final design. Everyone we came into contact with was experienced and highly skilled, offering great advice and creative ideas. We had explored many other kitchen companies, including the usual high street options, and are absolutely convinced that we did the right thing going with Barleywood. We are delighted with our new kitchen. From start to completion the team at Barleywood were first class, from the design to the installation, to sorting out immediately and without hesitation the very minor snags with the appliances (manufacturing fault). The quality of the units is excellent, robust and built to last. Thank you to Grace for the design, we have so much storage! We have no hesitation in recommending Barleywood. We had already planned our kitchen before our first meeting but there was an attention to detail that gave us the finishing touches we were seeking. Hayley thought creatively to step through the final decisions and it was no problem when we wanted to add a few elements purchased elsewhere to the kitchen. Communication was clear, professional and responsive throughout. The quality of the kitchen speaks for itself; it has an elegant and simple sophistication that we didn’t quite find on the high street. The price point also felt very competitive. Mark’s attention to detail during fitting was SUPERB and we cannot fault his craftsmanship. He thinks steps ahead and will find a solution that champions the final aesthetic. This is also not a team that wipe their hands after the final bill is settled - we have had a number of aftercare visits to tweak small details; some of which we hadn’t noticed. It would have been easy for Barleywood to ignore but they have pride in their product and every small blemish has been attended to. Overall, we had an extremely positive experience with Barleywood and are immensely thankful to have such a beautiful kitchen.

We adore our new kitchen. The Barleywood team are friendly, helpful, patient & knowledgeable. Everything that you need when deciding what kitchen to go for. The install was superb!
