I typically never leave reviews on Google, however the folks at Barker's Towing/Auto Repair deserve to be recognized for their outstanding customer service! In late August, while traveling from St. Louis to Hot Springs, Arkansas my wife and I were stranded 40 miles from Poplar Bluff, MO. The driver arrived promptly, safely loaded our truck and had us in line at Barker's repair shop. The mechanic ran a quick test with a code reader, isolated the problem, and had our truck running in less than 30 minutes! We arrived at our destination as planned without canceling our hotel or dinner plans. Seldom do you run across the type of exceptional service and courtesy that we experienced with Barker's Towing/Auto Repair! We 1,000% recommend them if you're faced with auto repairs or need a tow in the Poplar Bluff area. May God bless you and your business!

Absolutely amazing service. Had to have my fuel pump replaced and gas tank cleaned out. Didn't have to cut anything off due to my truck being an Iowa truck with a lot of rust. Amazing work and super professional. Thank y'all so much. Also fair price for shop hours.

Our truck broke down on 60 west in the afternoon. Barkers was able to tow our truck AND our rv at the same time. Dropped our rv at Camelot rv park (which is a clean friendly lovely park) and then deposited our truck at the barkers repair shop. Justin was friendly, confident expert at towing! Bobby at Barkers Repair said they would find the problem within a day..kept his promise and called with the reasonable repair price. Done the very next day. Got a personal call in the morning from the mechanic. This is the best pla et to get your repairs done or if you break down may it be where Barkers can get to you. Thank you so much for your honest great work!

My vehicle broke down in the middle of business 67. I called Barker's towing they were there within a few minutes despite being extremely busy. Have a fast friendly service as always.

Sam Conway is the best, awesome guy and great service. Some how i got myself locked out of my truck and Sam didn't give up until he opened my 2024 Peterbilt 579, it was tuff to pry open, but Sam did it. Highly recommend Baeker's!

Great experience with Josh from Barkers. Towed our 2019 Highlander from Malden to Poplar Bluff. He called us to let us know when he would be arriving. Got us to the Toyota Dealership so we could get it fixed and get back on our way to Northwest Arkansas.

The service and employees are wonderful at Barkers Towing. I went to check on getting tires for my vehicle on Monday at the recommendation of Connie Allen. Vernon was very helpful and friendly. He was able to get them ordered for me and set up an appointmeent for the next day. They were very considerate of my wait time and finished way ahead of schedule. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs. Thanks to all who took care of my vehicle today!!

On the way home from camp on Friday our church van overheated and we needed a tow! We were still 30 minutes from town and worried about being out with the kids in the heat. Justin from Barker’s Towing was there within 45 minutes! We were able to get back to the church quickly and efficiently! Thanks Justin for rescuing us so quick! I am a 64yo woman! And I had issues with my car not starting. I changed the battery since I was at Walmart when this happened. Still wouldn’t start. Called my roadside assistance and this gentleman was there in 5 min. He took a look at it and said my connections really corroded. So he convinced me to take it to Barkers Repair. Everyone there was nice and kept me informed of everything. They took me home and picked me up when it was fixed!! Fantastic service!! They were able to fix it for less than what I thought!!! I wish I could give 100 stars! So if you need repair or towing make sure to call them!! Very professional and very very nice people. Also thank God they have a sense of humor cuz this old lady’s is very warped! 😁😁
