I typically never leave reviews on Google, however the folks at Barker's Towing/Auto Repair deserve to be recognized for their outstanding customer service! In late August, while traveling from St. Louis to Hot Springs, Arkansas my wife and I were stranded 40 miles from Poplar Bluff, MO. The driver arrived promptly, safely loaded our truck and had us in line at Barker's repair shop. The mechanic ran a quick test with a code reader, isolated the problem, and had our truck running in less than 30 minutes! We arrived at our destination as planned without canceling our hotel or dinner plans. Seldom do you run across the type of exceptional service and courtesy that we experienced with Barker's Towing/Auto Repair! Absolutely amazing service. Had to have my fuel pump replaced and gas tank cleaned out. Didn't have to cut anything off due to my truck being an Iowa truck with a lot of rust. Amazing work and super professional. Thank y'all so much. Also fair price for shop hours.
