I thought my day was ruined my car just randomly died in the middle of the road. Couldn’t get a tow for a decent price without a 60 plus minute wait. But kimmy talked me through the whole thing with such kindness and compassion. She really helped me calm down and get me a driver in about 15 mins. the driver JR is amazing. He was quick and just as kind as kimmy. I would recommend this place to anyone, any day!!!! Thank you all so much for making this awful experience just a little better.

By far the best experience I’ve had with any tow and tire company ever! Their customer service is AMAZING! They were patient, polite and answered any questions I had. Kimmy and John were so friendly and compassionate. It felt like a family environment as soon as I walked in the door. They have unbeatable prices, quality work and they were so fast! I will definitely be going there for any of my future needs that they can help me with!

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE! John is a wonderful business man and this is a great business. I needed a tire and nobody else had it. He got me in same day, really nice tire in great condition, fair pricing, and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

I‘ve used these guys twice so far for my towing needs and not only have they been reliable but also on time with my pick-up time! Most companies might give you a ball park time but Fady gave me a small time frame and even arrived early! He was so incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable during the whole transaction which I truly appreciated. I recommend this company to anyone I hear may need a reliable tow!

I give these guys 5 Stars Plus an extra 5 stars!! Cheapest in town for used tires and the tire he put on my car looks brand new!! They have a full mechanical shop too if you need work done I guarantee they'll beat any prices now. The place is super clean the guys are just amazing so friendly. First and foremost, Kimmie , dispatch. She was AMAZING. Im 5+ hours from home & had a flat. With little to no monies. She & her crew helped & made it affordable & called & checked up on me to make sure I was okay. The driver was super cool,made sure I was comfortable.. tire was affordable, the people were so welcoming. Im so thankful for them. Theyre my Heaven sent. They all deserve the finer things in life.. Look I live in rossford but I drive here just to get my car fixed. They're that good, and it's not just that they're honest as well and they work with you. They're straight with you and tell you what they can and can't do (and they can do alot). All the guys I've met have been very helpful in diagnosing the issues I had with my car. And just going back on the honest note, the guy mistakingly put 150 instead of 105 and IMMEDIATELY rectified the mistake. I give credit where credit is due and they deserve it. I I'll always been coming back to bargain towing. Thanks guys!

Kimmy the dispatcher was so friendly. Mike the Tow truck driver was quick and efficient. I was in and out with two new tires in less than an hour. Definitely coming back back here again.

Bargain towing was the fastest tow company to respond to my request for a tow! From the moment I called, they arrived within 30 minutes! I spoke with serviceman Craig, who called when he arrived, and again when he had my Jeep loaded for transportation! Customer service is outstanding! I’d highly recommend this company!
