Bargain Towing: Tire & Auto

By far the best experience I’ve had with any tow and tire company ever! Their customer service is AMAZING! They were patient, polite and answered any questions I had. Kimmy and John were so friendly and compassionate. It felt like a family environment as soon as I walked in the door. They have unbeatable prices, quality work and they were so fast! I will definitely be going there for any of my future needs that they can help me with!

I‘ve used these guys twice so far for my towing needs and not only have they been reliable but also on time with my pick-up time! Most companies might give you a ball park time but Fady gave me a small time frame and even arrived early! He was so incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable during the whole transaction which I truly appreciated. I recommend this company to anyone I hear may need a reliable tow!

First and foremost, Kimmie , dispatch. She was AMAZING. Im 5+ hours from home & had a flat. With little to no monies. She & her crew helped & made it affordable & called & checked up on me to make sure I was okay. The driver was super cool,made sure I was comfortable.. tire was affordable, the people were so welcoming. Im so thankful for them. Theyre my Heaven sent. They all deserve the finer things in life.. Look I live in rossford but I drive here just to get my car fixed. They're that good, and it's not just that they're honest as well and they work with you. They're straight with you and tell you what they can and can't do (and they can do alot). All the guys I've met have been very helpful in diagnosing the issues I had with my car. And just going back on the honest note, the guy mistakingly put 150 instead of 105 and IMMEDIATELY rectified the mistake. I give credit where credit is due and they deserve it. I I'll always been coming back to bargain towing. Thanks guys!

Bargain towing was the fastest tow company to respond to my request for a tow! From the moment I called, they arrived within 30 minutes! I spoke with serviceman Craig, who called when he arrived, and again when he had my Jeep loaded for transportation! Customer service is outstanding! I’d highly recommend this company!

Can’t recommend them enough. My significant other got a flat tire and just needed a tow three miles up the road. Everywhere else we called said it was over an hour wait and wanted almost $300 to go up three miles. I called bargain towing and the man who answered the phone literally dropped what he was doing and came and gave us a tow in less than half an hour and for half the price. Great customer experience 10/10 recommend these guys they will get you taken care of and treat you fair. My significant other said they made a bad day better.

Thank you so much for your services this morning. I needed a tow because of a flat tire on the expressway. I spoke with Kimmie the dispatcher and she was awesome. She was able to get a driver to me right away. The guy that showed up went by the name of D he was super nice and was very quick to get my car loaded up on the flatbed and get me off the expressway. You guys are lifesavers once again Thank you for being so punctual and understanding. I highly recommend this business keep up the great customer service.

I needed a used tire ASAP and everyone else was closed at 4:00pm & 5:00pm. I called and they told me they have a tire for me. Made it before 6:00pm and they took care of me and the price was reasonable. Hojsea pronounced (hoe zaaae)…very nice guy and had me in and out. I’ll be back and I’ll recommend them too.

Got a flat on 75 during rush hour Kimmy was so kind and consistently stayed in contact with me the whole time. Car was towed and tire was changed within an hour super reasonable price. Will continue to take my business here.
