Parliament House Victoria – Solid Plastering & Render Restoration
Our team had the privilege of working on Parliament House Victoria, one of the state’s most prominent and heritage-protected landmarks.
We were engaged to remove damaged, drummy render and carry out substrate repairs to 180-year-old stone walls. Works involved applying 40–55 mm thick render base coats, followed by feathered transitions and a premium white set finish.
Render was applied over metal, stone, and existing sand cement, with seamless integration between substrates. The result: clean round corners, sharp details, and high-end finishes that respect the building’s historic fabric while delivering long-term durability.
