Our refrigerator/freezer went down. He was able to get it up and running again. But was honest saying didn't know how long it would last as had a small refrigerate leak. The service charge and repair charge were both very reasonable. Well definitely use again.

Morgan came to repair my washer at the designated time. He fixed it very quickly and when he found out my ice maker wasn't working, he fixed it too! Both we're done at a reasonable price! I will be calling him for the next repair. Love the name!

I’m a realtor in central Missouri and have worked with a lot of appliance repair companies, but Morgan (aka Banana Man) is hands down one of the best I've dealt with! His service call fee goes toward the actual repair cost — which is awesome, because none of the other places I called did that. He kept me in the loop the whole time, letting me know what was going on with my dishwasher and when the parts would be in. I called and needed help fast fixing my dryer. He was on time, friendly, efficient, professional and in and out. He even put a new belt on the dryer, which was not what he was fixing. Jordon came from Banana Repair and showed up the next day after the call. Walked through the diagnosis and order the replacement ice maker motor. Came in a day and a half later and it’s installed and works again. These guys are awesome to deal with and have good pricing with amazing service.

After calling around Columbia looking for someone to repair our Midea washing machine, I was met with repeated refusals—no one would touch it. Then I found Jordon. Our washer went out over the weekend. I called Monday and Morgan was able do a diagnosis on Tuesday - within 24 hours. He was here on time and was very kind, thorough, and professional. Not only that, but it was a quick fix. I loved that he was direct with us that if down the road in 6 months to a year IF the washer goes out, it would probably be best to replace it versus fix it again. 10 out of 10 would recommend for any appliance repair needs in mid-Missouri and Columbia MO!!!

We had what we thought was a broken television. We called a few places and then found Bananaman Appliance Repair. Morgan came to the house and found the plug was not in all the way. He checked for any other problems and found none. He wouldn't let me pay him for the trouble and the trip. He was as nice as he could be and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an honest repair person.

My washer went out on me on Tuesday, 5/20. I called a local repair company that I had dealt with in the past and was told their first diagnostic appointment was May 28th. Not liking that it would take over a week just to have the machine looked at and then even longer to wait for the part and the machine’s repair, I opted to go elsewhere. I called Banana Man Appliance Repair. They were able to have someone come out and perform a diagnosis that same day so I scheduled an appointment. A couple hours later, Jordan arrived to my home. Upon performing his diagnostic testing, he identified the drain pump on the unit needed to be replaced. He quoted the repair cost and I asked how long it would take to get repaired. He indicated he should be able to get the part and install it within a couple days so I proceeded with the repair. As promised, two days later Jordan called me.
