BAMN Towing

My car broke down in a parking garage, I couldn’t shift it into reverse, neutral, or into drive and it was stuck in a through way. My insurance sent BAMN towing, but made the mistake of not specifying that I needed a tow truck with 7’ clearance with a dolley. BAMN towing dispatched Pedro with flat bed truck, and even though he wasn’t able to pull my car out with his equipment, he stayed with me until past 2 in the morning to fix my car. He was ultimately able to diagnose the issue with the car, and get it functional enough to drive it out of the garage and to the mechanic the next morning. I cannot recommend this company and specifically Pedro enough.

Saleem was hands down the happiest tow guy I’ve ever met! 🚛 His enthusiasm and positive attitude completely changed what started as a very stressful situation. He understood the assignment from the moment he arrived — quick, professional, and efficient. Salem got there fast, handled everything perfectly, and made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. If you need a tow, I 100% recommend this company and especially Salem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I was connected to this towing company through my insurance, and the entire experience was unacceptable from start to finish. First, the drivers did not speak English, which made it extremely difficult to communicate basic instructions about where the vehicle should be taken or how to handle the keys. Second, despite clearly requesting that my car be dropped off at the dealership, they towed it to their own storage facility instead. They then attempted to charge me $600 to release my car. I had to involve my insurance company because they took the vehicle somewhere I never authorized. Third, and most concerning, a brand-new Dyson vacuum still in the box was stolen from my trunk. It was there before the tow and gone when I got the car back. For the past three days, I have been trying to speak with a manager. Every time I call, a different person answers and promises that management will call me back “within 10 minutes.” That call never comes. I have followed up repeatedly, and now they are not even answering my calls. If you want unexpected fees, no accountability, and the risk of your belongings being taken, then this is the company for you. Otherwise, avoid them at all costs. This has been, without question, the worst business experience I have ever had

Austin was truly amazing when he came out for a roadside assistance call. He had my truck running in no time. I would definitely recommend BAHM towing to anyone. He was such a gentleman. His customer service skills are great and he arrived in no time from putting in the call. Definitely a 12/10. 😊

He was quick, efficient, and helped stop traffic so I could get back on the road safely. I really appreciated his demeanor and professionalism, it made a stressful situation much better.

I found Bamn Towing thru AAA. Saleem was really great to deal with! He was friendly and professional. When the place originally recommended for my car turned out to be for auto repair but not collision, which needs to be handled first, he checked the mileage for me to be sure we were still under the amount covered by AAA before taking me. He also gave great advice so I wouldn't be taken advantage of. Highly recommend this company!

I was connected with this tow service by AAA. They responded by calls and text messages to confirm arrival time. They were professional and provided excellent customer service. They were quick to respond and arrive for the tow. The arrival time met the expected time given. I would definitely use them in the future and refer to family and friends.
