Jovani did a great job helping me unlock my car and creating me a new key on the spot! He took his time to make sure he could give the best customer service and showed it but making sure my key was made after some difficulties! I had patio doors that didn’t have a key. I called Bamalock & James was able to come the same day. He kept in touch & came to my home on time. Absolutely outstanding, affordable, fast, and top quality service! After getting new keys multiple times and them constantly failing to work, I decided to call Bamalock & Key and he was able to come out the next morning to re-key 4 doors and install and combination lock to our front door. He also was able to make me 3 new keys right on site at my home! He even went the extra mile to correct the issue of multiple locks & knobs that were incorrectly installed upside down. He was the first person I called and he was kind, explained the process to me without rushing, and was willing to answer any and all questions I had.
