I have used BRCA twice this year. The first time was a really good experience. However, the second and most recent time has really been a huge disappointment. I paid for them to file FTPR notice this October. They filed notice a month later in November. After receiving the judgment against my tenant, they refuse to furnish me copy of the judgment. It's been 3 weeks and now I understand the reason why. I received an email this morning from BCRA reminding me to file the warrant of restitution to start the eviction process. Well, they want me to pay $349 for them to file the warrant which is why they refuse to send me the FTPR judgment which the court cost information on it I need to file it myself. These court agents are nothing than a bunch of greedy crooks. I will say they are much better than Maryland Rent Court. They are lazy, dishonest and incompetent.

Baltimore Rent Court Agents is a company that recently handed an eviction for me. The agent, Adrian, held my hand through the process. He was incredible. I'm 76 years old. This property I have owned for 45 years, and never had to evicted a tenant. Trying to do this online was difficult, but Adrian and the entire group of agents helped. I'm not tech savvy. The process is not easy but BRCA, is knowledgeable about Baltimore city laws. I appreciate all that this company has done for me. They made miserable situation bareable. Bless them.

I used brca to evict a professional squatter type bum. They make the best of a stressful situation. They tell you what documents they need from the landlord, the correct process and the timeline. Although my situation was not ideal, they handled the paperwork, court appearance and achieved the results we wanted. They put up with our stressed out emails with professionalism which couldn't have been easy. Overall the costs were significantly cheaper than a traditional eviction lawyer. They respond promptly and I'd recommend them to anyone needing to evict someone.
