I have used BRCA twice this year. The first time was a really good experience. However, the second and most recent time has really been a huge disappointment. I paid for them to file FTPR notice this October. They filed notice a month later in November. After receiving the judgment against my tenant, they refuse to furnish me copy of the judgment. It's been 3 weeks and now I understand the reason why. I received an email this morning from BCRA reminding me to file the warrant of restitution to start the eviction process. Well, they want me to pay $349 for them to file the warrant which is why they refuse to send me the FTPR judgment which the court cost information on it I need to file it myself. These court agents are nothing than a bunch of greedy crooks. I will say they are much better than Maryland Rent Court. They are lazy, dishonest and incompetent.
