Baltimore autobody and collision center is the best Body Shop in Baltimore city and Baltimore County. I really thanked them for doing great work to my car and helping me when nobody else would help me. They took care of everything and help me with my deductible. I’m gonna tell all my family to come here. This is the best Body Shop in Baltimore. Thank you so much. You’re the best.

I was recommended this place by a friend for my car, after someone rear ended me and I needed my car fast, so I decided to give them a try. The entire process was easy and the staff ensured that everything is stress free - from documents to the experience. Very clean and nice reception area as well - I’ve never seen anything like this before!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Do NOT take your car to this shady shop! TLDR: Terrible communication with me and my insurance, repairs dragged on with almost no explanation, the work is sloppy, and they only accept Zelle as payment. I dropped my car off at this shop in early July and didn’t get it back until the end of August. The entire experience was a nightmare, and I honestly don’t understand how they have any 5-star reviews. When I was first inquiring about repairs, they were extremely responsive—but that ended the moment they had my car. I didn’t hear from them for a week and a half, so I reached out. Only then did they tell me no work had started because they were “waiting for an adjuster” and supposedly didn’t have the contact information. Why they never reached out to me for that information is beyond me—and this became a recurring problem. The burden was always on me to chase them down. From there, it was weeks of unanswered calls and texts, to the point where I had to physically show up just to get a status update. When the bodywork was finally done, it still took them nearly two more weeks just to finish painting, blaming a “backlog.” The interaction with my insurance was also very sketchy. I was told an adjuster had a scheduled visit because my original estimate needed to be updated. I never received an updated estimate for this change, so I contacted my adjuster directly. He told me no adjuster had ever visited the shop, meaning they went ahead with repairs before insurance even signed off. Then came the nightmare of trying to pick up my car. I was told it would be ready a week earlier than it actually was, but there was a delay because they had the wrong lightbulb. Once I finally got someone on the phone, I was told I could pick it up after the correct lightbulb was delivered and installed. I never received a call to confirm, so I had to keep reaching out myself. They sent me a tracking link for the delivery of the replacement, and when I messaged them the day it arrived, I got no response. The following day I called three times and sent multiple messages with no reply. Out of frustration, I went to the shop in person. When I got there, the employees casually said, “Yeah, your car’s ready once we receive payment.” The only form of payment they would accept was Zelle—which already felt sketchy—but at that point I just wanted my car back. I paid, and then it took them 15 minutes to locate my keys. During that time, they repeatedly asked me to leave a 5-star review, which honestly felt like coercion while they were looking for finding my keys. To make matters worse, a sheriff showed up during that time because the shop was illegally parking cars on the street. When I finally got my car home and looked more closely at the repairs, I was even more disappointed. The quality was really sloppy: • The trunk nameplates were never put back. • The rear windshield wiper cap was missing. • There’s a crack inside the trunk body. • The trunk isn’t fully attached at the top. • The gasket wasn’t installed correctly. • My backup camera is now partially blocked, likely because the trunk wasn’t installed properly. • The paint job around the edges of the trunk is messy. • There’s a scrape with peeling paint on the side of the car that wasn’t there before (probably from the street parking). • My wheel has paint or debris on it. • And the car was returned to me filthy. Overall, I am extremely unhappy with this shop and the entire experience. It was stressful, unprofessional, and the repairs were poor quality. I will be pursuing options through insurance because I refuse to bring my car back here. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Do not - under any circumstances - bring your car here for repair work or any other reason unless you are willing to get the police involved to get your car back. As other reviews have pointed out, they are very communicative right up until you drop your car off, and then complete radio silence. I dropped my car off for minor front end work right before a week long trip out of the country, and at no point once it'd been dropped off did they respond to my messages asking for updates, an estimate, whether they'd been in touch with insurance, etc. Once I was back in the US, I stopped by the shop on the day I'd been told to pick it up and was stonewalled about where the car was (not on premises), whether they had an official estimate (they did not) or whether any work had been done (it had not). They said they were waiting on an insurance agent to come by, I asked for proof they'd contacted the adjuster and they said they couldn't provide it because they'd called them - they only had an email address to contact and not a phone number, so it was apparent they were lying. I decided I'd seen enough warning signs and I wanted to take my car elsewhere for the work and asked for the keys back - they refused, saying that they needed to assess any fees before release (despite no work being done) and I'd need to wait 4 hours before they could do even that, since there were no managers at the shop. I asked to see my car in the meantime, which turned out to be parked 2 blocks away on a residential street, and once I opened the car with the valet key I brought as a precaution, it was immediately apparent they'd been driving it around. The interior was filthy with fingerprints and crumbs everywhere, charging cables that weren't mine plugged into the car, the back seats were down and there was dirt in the trunk from where they'd transported something, and the kicker - a receipt in the cup holder for the parking garage at the Horseshoe Casino timestamped when I was out of the country. At that point I told the manager to give me my keys back immediately and release the car to me - he continued to refuse - and that I'd be getting the police involved because I wanted both my car back and a record of the fact I hadn't been driving it for the last week, because I had no idea what it'd been used for or what additional damage there might be. Police showed up, the shop miraculously came up with the key and I left with my time wasted, my car still damaged and now also filthy, and a police report for the civil case. Again - do not bring your car here unless you love confrontation with aggressive morons, don't want your car fixed, but also don't mind the guys at the shop taking it out for a night on the town and maybe more. I was gonna leave this review regardless, but the cops actually encouraged me to do so because they couldn't believe the runaround *they* got from this shop. Can't imagine they want to go back either.

The difference here truly is the customer service. From the moment I walked in, everyone was polite, patient, and took the time to clearly explain the entire repair process. They answered all my questions without rushing and handled the insurance details smoothly, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. My car was repaired exactly within the timeline they promised, and the quality of the work is outstanding - it honestly looks brand new. The shop itself is very clean and well organized, which immediately gave me confidence in their work. Overall, this was a professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.

They recently replaced the bumper on my Tesla and did a full wrap — the result was absolutely amazing. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were next-level. On top of all that, they service my entire business fleet of 8 vehicles, and every time the work is consistent, high quality, and done at very fair prices. The team is professional, reliable, and truly knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent auto body work or fleet maintenance.
