He cuts the phone in the middle of the conversation as soon as I said, I won’t be able to work with his quote and was asking him to minimise the design to reduce the amount. Extremely rude and why would you like to work with a business like this for a party? They are supposed to help with design and decor and not add stress.

10 minutes” here apparently means 45 minutes or more. I was told the shopkeeper would arrive in 10 minutes, but ended up waiting for 60 minutes. Impressive how casually customers’ time is wasted. No update, no apology—just pure unprofessionalism.This level of unprofessionalism shows complete disregard for customers’ time. If you cannot commit to what you say, don’t make false promises. Very disappointing service.If you enjoy being ignored and misled, this is the perfect place. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time..
