Service was great. Even got balloons on Sunday. But quality of helium balloons was bad. They got deflated even before their intended use. Not even floating. Completely dead on floor.

Bunch of unprofessional people! They dont even deserve one star! They dont respect customers! Very unprofessional and rude behaviour! They also charge too much for such small decorations! If you dont want to waste your money then dont buy from them useless shop with useless and rude people! Nonsense!

They don’t deserve even one star! Hopeless bunch who would like to call themselves professionals without the slightest bit of professionalism… I had booked them back in 2020 when they were new comers and that time they did a good job. Hoping to see the same results I connected over phone but was asked promptly to text in WhatsApp. I texted as they asked and thought of checking up on their ideas and if they had prior expertise on events with five stars… the person who was texting me told me that he would quote the price 20,000 and I asked for some demo pictures of their events… they didn’t provide anything and told me they would check if they have on Taj Vivanta… till now no response. Simply look at the so called professionalism!

Products are good. Also I don't know about the other members. But if a lady is there, then I wish you all the best. That lady is the worst ever shopkeeper I've ever seen in my life.

Such rude behaviour. The lady owner or whoever is sitting there thinks that someone entering their shop has to buy something. I saw the advertisement of this shop in Instagram and was really happy to know that a shop totally dedicated to balloons and birthday items is there in Guwahati. I went there to check the varieties of stuff present there so that in future if something is required for some party, I would know exactly where I should go. But they treated me like I went there to waste their time when not even a single customer was present in the shop. I firmly believe that if this sort of behaviour continues, there would come a day when they would be celebrating only their birthday with their own shop's stuff. . I would request the people who are willing to explore this shop should avoid getting humiliated and go through apps like Amazon and Flipkart providing better products at a much cheaper price. Grossly overpriced. There were too many errors in my order. The cake topper was missing. The size of the helium balloons was way smaller than I had mentioned while placing the order. Two of them popped inside the packaging itself. A few others stopped floating in less than a hour. All the balloons were entirely deflated in 12 hours. What an awful experience.
