And its a one stop shop, as they installed my thermal solar panels, and what a neat job, I will never use any other pool company. The next morning I received a very detailed report accompanied with photographs. After the Winter storms, I lost all interest in my pool so we hired Bali Pools to come rescue the situation. We also had a small paving issue and a leak at the pump and they repaired everything. The photos are 3 weeks apart and since then with weekly maintenence by them, my pool has remained sparkling blue and inviting on these hot Summer days. The staff have been very professional and open to answering any questions without hesitation.

Very disappointed in Bali Pools (Sean and Carmen)! We made a poor (expensive) decision to have our gunite pool fixed by them. After our initial quote and paying out R27 000 - they found another problem which required an additional R30 000! Our pool area was a disaster. They finished the job but I am disappointed in the work! I don't normally leave reviews but feel that I needed to share my experience and advise people out there: use a tested, reputable and NSRI pool company.

Bali Pools reapired a leak in my pool. What friendly a professional service. Very neat workmanship. We didn't even know they were there. They even put back my paving exactly the way they found it. Great team, great service. They are my pool people.

We had a suction line leak. Bali pools not only repaired it, but there is mostly no evidence of them lifting the paving to repaired it. On top of that, they were professional and well organised.

What a pleasure working with Bali Pools. I had an underground pipe leak between my pool and the pump with the water level dropping about 15mm per day. Simon and his team not only quickly repaired the leak (which turned out to be 3 leaks), but replaced both pipe lines, pressure tested it and very neatly re-did the paving. Carmen, the administrator, is the person who really impressed me. She was very professional in terms of looking after my concerns wrt a delayed service appointment. Once the technician completed the service, she contacted me to resolve my initial concerns fully. I definitely recommend the technicians and the rest of the Bali Pools team.
