The classes were well structured, beginning with basic techniques to gradually complex recipe. The classroom was well equipped and the ingredients provided were of good quality. I especially enjoyed the hands on experience which turned the learning into clearer understanding. The overall atmosphere was friendly and I'm walking away with full of confidence to start a bakery. Before this class I attended one baking course in Chennai, it was a basic to advanced course. My friend previously attended Basic Baking course at Baking Class Erode.
