I recently completed one month basic baking course. Course is well designed and well planned. All the sections very good. Baked items Taste is good. Step by step explanation. Mam is very patient and supportive. Course amount is worth. No need to bring any items for baking into class room. Baked items can be take to home. For practice and to start a own business i need purchase many items from outside shops, but luckily all items available in this institution for purchase and price is less compared to market.
