I had attended a Basic course elsewhere. That's why I enquired here for the Advanced class. My husband talking with Mam, he booked the Basic course. I felt it was the right decision after the course was over. Compared to the first one, this course gives absolute importance to the commerical method. The sponges came out very professionally. Everyone gets Hands-on Practice. It is a blessing to have such a good class in our Erode. I see no reason not to give it five Stars.

Baking Class Erode is a really good institute for learning baking. The teaching is very clear and easy to understand. Mam explains everything patiently and gives a lot of hands-on practice, which helps a lot in learning properly. She is always ready to clear doubts and supports us throughout the class. Overall, it’s a great place for anyone who wants to learn baking seriously. Highly recommended!
