After somany search I joined in Baking Class Erode. Real highlights is fully commerical recipes. Instructor is experienced, knowledge, approachable and patient. The classes were well structured, beginning with basic techniques to gradually complex recipe. The classroom was well equipped and the ingredients provided were of good quality. I especially enjoyed the hands on experience which turned the learning into clearer understanding. The overall atmosphere was friendly and I'm walking away with full of confidence to start a bakery.
