Have been coming here for a few years ever since my Lebanese and Algerian classmates recommended this place. After the revamp prices have increased slightly but still reasonable, and the food is still as delicious. Excellent homemade bread, chicken wings and lamb chops!

Thought I would try this place from the reviews but I think most are from before the takeover I was really disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a chicken dish, and it was completely overdone.burnt on the outside and extremely dry. It lacked any of the tenderness or flavour you’d expect Unfortunately, this ruined the meal for me, and I don’t think I’d return. Anyone ordering I would suggest to check the food before you leave to ensure half the chicken isn’t burnt and black

Food is served to perfection, it’s amazing 🤩 I’m very fond of there grilled lamb chops and there sea bass and many sides too choose from , but I’ve tried many dishes and they are all amazing , staff are very nice even better than a lot of the up markert restaurants I’ve been too and very affordable , seating is very good and they have nice mellow music massive selection of drinks and I do eat my Saturday dinner there too and have a few drinks 🍷 I recommend everyone to try them out once you will definitely come back and the portions are great …. So don’t delay come today 😇

I’ve dined in and ordered takeaway from this place several times back when it was Bakery House, and I’ve always enjoyed the food. Since the rebrand to Lebanese Flavours, the menu and overall food quality have definitely changed, unfortunately, not for the better. On my latest visit, the waiter was friendly and seated us promptly, which was appreciated. I ordered the mixed grill: the lamb cubes were dry and very small, and while the chicken wasn’t dry, it lacked flavour. It came with some grilled vegetables, but nothing particularly memorable. My side was the vegetable rice, which used to be a favourite, it was always fresh and tasty, but this time it was dry, overcooked, and the portion was slightly smaller than I remember. One thing I really missed was the complimentary bread, salad, and sauces they used to provide, none of that was offered this time, which was disappointing. On the plus side, my partner had the chicken shawarma wrap and really enjoyed it, said it was full of flavour. He also got a portion of grilled chicken which was fresh and tasty. We ordered a small portion of chicken shawarma with chips for our toddler, it was fine, but it would be great if they offered proper kids’ meal options. Also, be aware there’s paid off-street parking nearby, limited to 2 hours. Overall, quite disappointed with how things have changed. This used to be a go-to spot for us, but it’s lost a lot of what made it special.

Food is terrible, service is even worse, order the mixed grill. Very dry, the food doesn’t even test fresh. Lebanese food is my go to but this is by far the worst Lebanese food I have ever had in my life.

Food seems to have changed after brand change. I would go back only for chicken shawarma and felafel but seeing the juice mixer next to the toilet … i doubt that too. Service was good.

Delicious authentic food, highly recommend! The food here is absolutely fantastic, well priced (which means you can try lots of the dishes!) and the service was totally lovely 🧡 I've had takeaway from here and eaten in, the quality is always outstanding. This is a hidden gem of a place.

Not great ……… looks like the recent reviews are accurate , this place may be under new ownership. We Ordered x2 lamb cube wraps, one chicken cube wrap and one chicken swarma wrap- along with some sides …..The lamb did not taste or smell right was completely burnt and dry the overall seasoning and flavour was not what I’d expect from Lebanese food. About the only thing we ate was the chicken shish wrap but again chicken was dry, and did not have the flavoursome marinated meat and sauces / spices I expect from good Lebanese food. Falafel was salty but edible, houmous was ok with warmed up shop bought bread. Cost £40+ ( after a 10% discount which seemed an insult considering we left most of the food) and we left disappointed and hungry, we won’t be returning here, definitely not the “Lebanese flavours” promised.

"I'm still reeling from the incredible dining experience my family and I had at Bakery House last night! We'd heard rave reviews about this place, but nothing could have prepared us for the exceptional hospitality and mouth-watering food that awaited us.. A special shoutout to Mohamed, who took care of us with the utmost warmth and attentiveness. He made sure we felt right at home, answering all our questions about the menu and making some fantastic recommendations. Now, onto the food – oh, the glorious food! We'd heard that Bakery House's boneless baby chicken had won one of the best dishes in Reading, so we just had to try it. And let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! The flavors were incredibly rich and complex, with each bite just melting in our mouths. It's clear why this dish has won accolades – it's truly a masterpiece! But the boneless baby chicken wasn't the only standout dish. The chicken wings, which we ordered as an appetizer, were hands-down the best we've had in town. Soft, tender, and full of flavor, they literally fell off the bone. We ended up ordering a second batch because we just couldn't get enough! All in all, our experience at Bakery House was nothing short of phenomenal. Mohamed's hospitality, combined with the outstanding food, made for a truly unforgettable evening. If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and get to Bakery House ASAP – your taste buds will thank you!".

Tried their chicken and lamb shawarma. Very good taste and reasonable price. The staff are friendly. They have variety of food mainly grills and pastries. The quantity of the shawarma plate is well enough for a hungry person. Good value for the money………………..
