I could not be more satisfied with the service experience I received from Chad at Baileys over the last two days. I seldomly leave Google reviews but I am beyond impressed and could not wait to leave this review! To give a little background on my specific situation, my 2015 Chevy Impala LTZ originally broke down two weeks ago. I had drove it all day fine but went out later and used my remote start per usual. Once I got outside, I realized the car did not start, but I didn’t think much of it because I just thought I wasn’t close enough. Come to find out my car would not start. The dome light was flashing and the brake was hard so I could not push it in to start the car and the key fob was not registering at all. The next day we had a mobile mechanic come out and he diagnosed that it was the body control module. We ordered it and the mechanic came back and installed it and supposedly programmed it (which he didn’t) and told us all I needed to do now is buy a new battery since it was five years old. We did that and installed it ourselves the next day and it did not fix the problem. To summarize, the mechanic took our money and did not fix the problem. I’m pretty sure we were scammed since he had ten excuses why he couldn’t come back once the battery didn’t fix it. All that being said, my husband decided to undo everything the mobile mechanic did, including putting the old body control module back in and boom the car was running. This was on a Saturday so I finally drove my car Monday to work and it broke down in the afternoon with all the lights flashing and the engine completely shutting down. I eventually got the car to Bailey’s and it ended up being a loose terminal on the battery. Lucky me! This could have been so much worse. All they charged was a diagnostic fee!! They provided me with recommended services for very reasonable prices. I will be back to get some other things done just because of how great the customer service was and their pricing. The thing I am most impressed with is how thorough they were when diagnosing my vehicle. They take photos, measurements, etc and everything is so organized showing every detail. They do not replace a part unless they are 100% certain it needs to be replaced. Most shops just throw parts at it until it’s partially fixed. This team actually cares and does not want you to have repeatable issues. I truly appreciate that so much. I HIGHLY recommend having your vehicle serviced here, you will not be disappointed!

Never really cared much for Baileys they are extremely expensive for minor repairs. And it seems to have gotten worse since the kids have taken over. Recently my friend stopped in for the first time to get just a oil change, 3 days later her transmission went out ,no transmission issues prior to visit.of course no proof that it was done there. But sounds like they drained transmission fluid instead of the oil. Just a guess tho. Then quoted a transmission at almost 10 grand. Yeah get rid of the kids and bring back ROY keep wands very nice lady. But talks way to much and could sale water to a whale. Need this or it cost that.u definitely need that. Nah im good on Baileys slot of other shops in town that's just as good and half the price!!!

I took my vehicle here for the first time ever. I had them give me a quote but I also had quotes from 3 other shops and they were all in the same ballpark. Baileys gives a 3yr/36 warranty parts and labor that was deciding factor. Job was to remove and replace Radiator. After 2 days car was ready. I picked it up 2 days later. I payed for car but checked car and they had left Reservoir empty and 2 fasteners missing from top cover. They fixed issues quickly but the older mechanic, who may be a part owner gave me looks that made me feel like I was just a big inconvenience to him! Didn't like that. Got car to house and left 3 days later to go up north to Cincinnati area. When I got about 15 miles from cincy I heard scraping sound from bottom of car. Found that had left several fasteners from bottom cover and it was scraping. So I get oof road and call them to tell them and they tell me to bring it in. Well I have a Dr's appt in about an hour and other business and family to visit over next 5 days. I told her, jessica, my mechanic could replace the missing fasteners and it shouldn't cost more than 70 -80 bucks. She flat out refused! She would not reimburse me for cost but they would fix it! I told her it would likely be damaged but she had zero concern for that!. So I had to drive car up there with this problem. I had to keep pulling off and pushing cover into place. I finally get to shelbyville and take it to Baileys service and told them it is damaged and needs a new cover but they wound up cutting off damaged part of cover and replacing fasteners that they could because of damage and them trimming/cutting damaged part off. So there derelict duty caused damage and wouldn't make good! On two accounts I tried to give them a chance to do the right thing and they flat out refused! Like a spit in the face! Needless to say I will never go back and it was first time using them. I had heard not good things about them few years earlier. So maybe my fault! BEWARE OF BAILEYS SERVICE! CHECK THEIR WORK! CLOSELY!

I don't know much about how cars work or what they need, but I know when something is wrong. That's when I take it to Bailey's Service Center. They are friendly and listen to my concerns. They do a good job of checking out the problem. They give me an estimate, telling me how urgent the problem my car is having. Zero pressure. I decide when to have the work done. They fixed my alternator recently. The job was quickly done and delivered when promised. Bailey's is a friendly, honest, and reliable place to have your vehicle worked on.

I called them for an opinion and he said bring it in let me look at it. I took my vehicle in 30 minutes later, they were working on it. An hour later , job was completed. Same day service, great prices, respectful and answered all my questions. Everybody should go to Baileys to get their cars worked on. I appreciate the way they treated me. Thank you to the employees and mechanics that work at Baileys . Sincerely, Felicia Simpson

Replaced transmission in a truck we are refurbishing. We had just had the truck painted and let them know. They covered the truck with cover while working on it and not even a little smudge on the new paint job! The truck runs fabulous and came with three year unlimited mile warranty. We even had them fix a few other things for us that we needed done and they found parts that were difficult to find because of the age of the truck. We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend their service. And I believe both of my daughters have their oil changed there and they are happy with them too. Definitely use these guys. They are GREAT!

Hey I just wanted to take a moment to introduce you to your extended family in the automotive industry, Chad and Erin. My Wife and I were traveling to Tennessee on Oct 31st, when a brake line failed on my Wife's vehicle. We called Chads shop 15 minutes before they closed, and an awesome technician offered to stay late and replace our brake line, despite having a long drive home and kids eager to trick or treat! Not wanting to impose, and after the technician said he would be working the next day, he gave us a ride to a local hotel in their company vehicle, and my Wife and I found a charming restaurant called the bell house, and tried some good local Bourbons. The next morning our brake line was replaced with a quality install, and the owner himself sent us on our way. Bailey's service center are the kind of people you want to call first when you're in an unfamiliar area, are having an automotive emergency and need good people you can trust to keep your family safe. Knowledgeable technicians, friendly service staff, accomodations, and honest Godly people are few qualities you can expect when visiting their shop. Thank you Chad, and Erin for taking time to keep my family's travels safe!
