When I first took over Bailey's Service Center, we had around 94 Google reviews with a 3.2-star rating. From the very beginning, my goal was to rebuild trust and restore the reputation of this shop within our community. I wanted Bailey’s to become the go-to destination for reliable car repairs and routine maintenance in Shelbyville—a place where customers feel valued and cared for.
