Received towing services through AAA. sent Backendz. Darion arrived. He was Super polite and a smile on his face. Able to hook up vehicle and get towed to shop. While took AAA 3 hrs for towing service, I appreciate Backendz for taking the service call, and providing excellent service. Thanks Darion for your professionalism and foe helping out this mom and her kid! You were delightful.

A Black owned business ! Backend Towing Service came through for me when I was stuck on an exit ramp in the pouring rain. They showed up in less than 20 minutes, faster than any tow company I’ve ever called! The driver was friendly, professional, and made sure I was safe the whole time. I really appreciate how quick and reliable they were. If you ever need a tow, this is definitely the company to call!

We were on a road trip and traveling back home on some back roads and our Tesla got a flat tire. Tow was quick, and efficient. We got to a tire place that didn’t have our tire and our tow driver sat with us till we found a place that had our tire in stock then drove us to the alternate tire place. We were lucky to have someone who was understanding and patient.

A tow truck driver drove onto my private property while attempting to tow a neighbor’s vehicle. In doing so, they ran over and damaged my landscape edging and tore deep ruts into my lawn. This was completely unprofessional and careless behavior.

Set up service call through AAA. First truck driver wasn’t able to load my truck without the key. But he called in and 2nd driver was at my house within 30 minutes. And able to get my truck loaded and on its way to dealership. Prompt and courteous.

Excellent service provided. He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and made me feel safe with him transporting my vehicle so far.

I called to get a price on a tow to another city since my car was down. Around 20 miles. The gentleman on the phone was very kind in giving me the pricing & asked for the type of car & other information that he needed.
