TERRIBLE company. Poor installation. Poor customer service. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. As you can see from the pictures, the “seal” that was applied to our granite doesn’t even cover the entire area. Hence, the reason why chunks of the granite are falling out of the granite. The “seal” they used mimics a piece of tape. The “granite” is extremely porous-more porous than “granite” is supposed to be-the finish is “spotty;” visible bubble patterns-not a smooth finish-as granite is supposed to appear. I reached out to the Owner-he asked that I send pictures of the chips and pictures of where the seal was/wasn’t visible. So I did-then he told me he would “send someone out to inspect and repair these issues-“for $175 an hour!! No thanks. Fix your mistake! We’ve had this granite for 12 months. DON’T deal with this company. They tell you what you want to hear-to make the sale. Then they’re done with you. I will be taking another route to rectify this problem.

They helped me select a special piece of granite for my recent kitchen remodel. When they didn't have the exact slab we wanted, they were able to locate one and have it shipped in from another granite supplier. Excellent service and results.

I will not recommend this business to anyone. Extremely poor customer service overall. Doesn't care customer's request. For my case, we specifically told everyone that we have met, communicated in this company what we do not want to see in the finished countertops. They were lying through the whole before sales process, assuring us they will take care of it. Then here it is, the defect (they call Fissure) is right in the center of my kitchen countertops. When we tried to communicate back to the office for solution, guess what, they do not answer calls, emails... Seriously??? Their price is about couple of hundreds cheaper than others in the market, but comparing to the terrible buying experience you will go through, it is not worth at all. Buyer aware!!!

Bacallao installed two counters for my client. Communication was consistent, the price was transparent, and they took responsibility for a measurement issue that made the process go smoothly. Installation was quick and on-time. I asked them to re-level a seam and they stayed to take care of it. They also cleaned up!

Poor quality and poor customer service. Granite wasn’t sealed properly; Owner offered “to send someone to fix it for almost $200 an hour.
