Absolutely great experience. I run a business and needed my started on my truck fixed ASAP!. He came out so I could continue running my business and did an amazing job. Very fast, Very professional, and very reasonable on price. He is NOT out to rip you off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I WILL DEFINITELY be using him on ALL of my work trucks in the future!!

Great mechanic! Logan scheduled me in quickly when my brakes were making noise. He arrived on time and replaced my front rotors and brake pads in a timely manner. Will use again when needed! Thank you!

Called late yesterday and made appointment for this morning. Logan came out, arrived at 9:18 this morning… ran full and thorough diagnostics, isolated the problem, and had me up and running at 10:16. I’m sure this saved me a pile of money from not having to tow my vehicle to a shop and rent a car while waiting for a shop repair. I highly recommend Logan and his mobile mechanic services.

My wife and I had a tire going flat on our RV while traveling. We discovered it when we arrived at the campground on a Saturday. I called B7 and Logan came out on Sunday morning to replace it. What he discovered was that the tire tread was separating on both tires. He changed both of them out and got us ready to roll. The original tires were an accident waiting to happen. Logan is a very fair and honest person. You can have confidence in his work and integrity.

Very friendly and professional. Logan called back soon after I left a voicemail and stopped by the same day. He was very transparent through the whole process. He even explained the problem so well that I realized my old mechanic didn't notice my crankshaft belt was in poor condition before it ripped apart. He fixed my car so fast, I was so surprised. The price was extremely reasonable as well. I rarely leave reviews, but this was by far the best experience I've had for any auto repairs.

Logan was amazing! I needed a new water pump in my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer and he was able to show up the same day I called. While fixing that, he identified a crack in my radiator. I got the new part and he was back out in a few days to replace that. Great price on both visits, trustworthy, professional, and all around awesome service. I will be using him for all of my mechanical needs on all of my cars going forward!

Logan is easy to communicate with and the ultimate professional. Wife's car needed front pads and rotors, got on his schedule despite me taking a little while to get back to him on my end. Came to our place and knocked out the job. Swept up his work area when he was done and all at a great rate. Looking forward to working with him on more maintenance in the future.

7/24/24 at 2:00pm - Broadfield, GA - I95 going North- You can tell by the pictures we were screwed. My husband was amazing and got us over quickly, but by then the tire was at a 30 degree angle. CoachNet is our roadside provider and they were also really great. They worked really hard to get us help, and we were doing the same. We had been told by three other companies, by video, that we were looking at a new axle. We all know that means days. Both CouchNet and us landed on B7 Mobile Service. We got it RIGHT! By the time Logan Bessette got to us, it was going on 4:15pm. I’m looking for overnight stay with the dogs and my husband is looking up part costs. Logan walked over to the problem, looked at my husband and said in summation: “No problem with the axle, but you do need a new hub. It’s 4:30pm, let me find one.” WAIT, WHAT??? no new axle, no overnight hell, no thousands of dollars to fix…WHO IS THIS ANGEL? A few minutes later he said he had found one 20 minutes away and would be back ASAP. HE WAS! and he got us on the road in 20 minutes after he got there. Total cost: under $300 on site. CoachNEt took care of the Tech cost. We were on the road by 5:45pm and setup on our site, 60 miles away, while still light.

I would like to thank B7 service for their prompt work and professionalism! My belt tensioner pulley got stuck, causing the belt to come off, and I was unable to continue driving. I diagnosed the issue myself and sent the mechanic full details of my problem. The mechanic arrived with the necessary spare parts, and the job took him less than an hour. He knew exactly how to fix it properly and got me back on the road in just 30 minutes without any unnecessary talk. I am very grateful that he solved my problem at minimal cost.
