Not long after we moved into our house we had a roof leak whenever it rained. Ben came over to investigate but it was tricky since the source of the leak wasn't obvious. He talked us through his recommendations and in the end we went with the option of fully replacing one section of the roof. Ben was friendly, honest, responsive and professional throughout. He took photos of the roof repair to show us once he was finished and we're really pleased with the quality of his work. We wouldn't hesitate to use Ben again and would highly recommend him. We were recommended Ben from a lot of our neighbours with glowing reviews. We had him do our hanging tiles on an Edwardian bay, he was clear, understanding, knowledgeable and fairly priced for quality of work. We were so impressed we have just had him complete our whole house, porch and garage with black woodgrain facias - also replacing some rotten areas of wood underneath this. He also replaced guttering on a few sides and went above and beyond to ensure the job was to a standard he would be happy with on his own home. I’ve used Ben Short Roofing 3 times for different repairs on our aging roof. On each occasion he’s sorted the leak by giving good advice whilst keeping costs to a minimum. The last job was larger, requiring the replacement of a lead valleys. I also requested some roofing vents to be put. Im more than happy with the work done.
