We called Bill at 5 on a Saturday! He was at our home in 20 minutes! Our Samsung washing machine stopped working, and we’re discouraged as we were told no one in town works on Samsung! Within 45 minutes the machine was fixed and we were quoted very reasonably! Very highly recommend Bill!

I called B & R New Years Eve, explained the situation regarding our refrigerator, and Bill put us on his schedule that day. He came out to the house and got us up and running temporarily for holiday weekend. He ordered the part and told us he would complete the repair on Wednesday, but the part came early, so he completed the repair early on Tuesday. Bill did a fantastic job, and his rate was extremely reasonable. My wife has already recommended B & R to a coworker. Thank you Bill for your excellent work. I will consider your company our go to for appliance repairs going forward.
