I am completely satisfied and I will definitely recommend B&P Chimney Cleaning and Repair for all my chimney needs. They are extremely professional, fast, reliable, friendly, and perform clean, safe and excellent work. From the back office, to arriving at my home for an assesment, and then completing the work agreed to, was an easy and most pleasant experience. I had an old clay liner that was replaced and topped off with a beautiful, new copper cap. Plus, they checked my gutters for leaves! How great is that?!!! As a realtor, I have been referring B&P Chimney to my clients for years. Today, I needed them personally as my damper broke. James came, climbed up on the snow covered roof and quickly diagnosed the problem. He arranged for the repair to be done the same afternoon. The gentlemen who did the repair were very professional, efficient and pleasant. I can recommend them highly enough!

The service was above and beyond for both of their visits. The technicians were incredible about keeping our house clean, and were able to get our new chimney caps installed despite a ton of snow on the ground. Our chimney needed to be rebuilt from the roofline up - concrete crown, bricks and mortar were crumbling. B&P Chimney did a fantastic job with demolition and rebuild. And they provided the requested paperwork for insurance for myself and my neighbor. Very professional and timely. Much appreciated.

Bob and Hector came right on time and gave me 30 heads up so I could meet them at my house. Extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They weren’t pushy or salesman like in any way and worked extremely clean. I have been in my house 10 years and never used my fireplace and was nervous and they put me at ease. Will definitely hire them in the future for all my cleanings and repairs and would 100% recommend them to everyone I know.
