To enhance electrical capacity, we installed a new 200-amp Eaton meter main panel, ensuring it was positioned away from the gas line. We ran a 2-inch riser through the roof and pulled 2/0 copper wire for proper connection. Additionally, we installed grounding rods, a grounding bridge, and a whole house surge protector, while labeling all circuits for clarity.
We also replaced a Zinsco subpanel in the crawl space with a new 100-amp system. All wires were properly terminated to the correct breakers, circuits were labeled, and a subfeed was run from the main panel, alleviating overload from the previous interior subpanel.
