Its 2 AM and our AC went out. Tom was very effective, getting on my roof and checking everything and keeping me informed all by 3:00 AM . He got some parts and got to work. The fast paced and knowledgeable work is well worth his prices. If your looking for the best in the value and someone you can TRUST, this is the guy . Hopefully he reads this and knows that our family was so thankful that day. By 5:30 am he had our air blowing cold in a 115 type of day. Call him and get ur AC repaired. “Its more than just possible … its happening “ is his slogan and it makes perfect sense.

Bad experience with a new AC install. Do NOT call this company!!! If I could give zero stars I would. First, they were almost 3 hours late, with no communication about the delay. My husband had to call them to ask when their ETA was. They did apologize and make many excuses, but the lack of communication was an issue. Secondly, they did not even bring a ladder to our roof AC install. Thirdly, the AC install was not even complete when they left. They left the job site with the AC power cord hanging in the air (instead of informing us we needed an extension cord, they just left it...) and a piece of the drain was left strewn about on our roof. Overall, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. So disappointed that we spent this kind of money for this poor of service.

Great Service A+. Air stopped working, called AZ Trusted Air and Tom came out right away. Tom diagnosed, zeroed in on the cause of the problem and started affecting the repair within minutes of arriving. Also, Tom went above and beyond to implement preventative measures and worked with me on a fair cost for the service. By far the best experience that I have received for service from any company. I highly recommend AZ Trusted Air.

These guy worked super hard and were really nice and trustworthy. They had excellent pricing and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was working perfectly. They were reliable, punctual, courteous and owner Tom communicated everything clearly and came back to check the work. They stayed super late hours to replace our two new units as quickly as possible.

We were referred to Tom from a friend. He came to our space in Gilbert and gave it to us straight. Took pictures and explained everything very thoroughly. He responded to all messages very promptly. He came back to do the job on the next business day and was done quickly. He also followed up with a very detailed text about the job. We were very impressed with his duct cleaning and thoroughness in his work. We will definitely be using his company again!

I have two AC units that are 18 years old. I’ve called Tom and his crew many times over the years. They are the only company I use. Knowledgeable and honest. Always feels like I’m dealing with family. Highly recommend them!

My AC stopped working. Tom came out within a couple of hours, at night. He was able to get the unit running through the night until he could get a new unit for me. Within a day his guys had the new AC installed, and blowing cold air. My air conditioner stopped working a few months ago on a Sunday evening when the temperature was above 100 degrees. I called Tom who told me that he had a job in front of mine but would be there as soon as possible. Thank goodness he showed up and got the air conditioner running that night. I was very grateful that he showed up late on a Sunday night and took care of the problem. We discussed the need for a new unit, which I was well aware of since the unit was over 15 years old. A couple of days ago my AC failed me again; of course, on a Friday. I spoke with Tom and he managed to have a new unit installed on Saturday afternoon. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He went above and beyond to make things happen. I would definitely recommend AZ Trusted Air for all of your HVAC needs.

Great service + communication. Tom and his team helped restore our 20 year old AC with no pressure to purchase a new unit. They came out the same day as called and worked with us. Happy we found AZ Trusted Air! They are a good company that provides superior customer service and pricing!

Tom came out immediately - on a Sunday even - and fixed our AC. No upselling, no ridiculous prices because it's 87 degrees inside the house and we're desperate - Tom was straight with us about what the problem was and what we needed to do to fix it.
