Today, my aunt and myself, we’re on a mission to purchase a bed and other items for our Aunt Charlene who fractured her hip and broke her femur. Immediately as we entered into this business Marjorie, greet us with a warm smile. She listened to our needs and helped us decide on what we needed. She even let me see if the wheel chair we purchased would fit in my trunk, before we purchased it. I work in the customer service industry and it is very rare you to receive the type of service we received. Marjorie made us feel comfortable and any questions that we had she answered them. It's tough enough shopping for items we know nothing about, but to have Marjorie guides us through this process was so amazing and stress free. Marjorie also recommended all types of beds, bathroom accessories and made sure to show us all price levels. Thank you Marjorie for making our first experience at AZ MediQuip memorable! I bought an electric wheelchair and your employee Marjorie was such a big help explaining the chair to me! I feel she went above and beyond normal customer service! She exhibited a very friendly, compassionate attitude with all that came into the store to shop! She even helped put the chair into my car! I will return to your store in the future! Thank you again Marjorie for all your help!

I had a very disappointing experience and unfortunately I will not be back. I was charged $300 for two new scooter batteries, yet the original problem with my scooter was not fixed at all. On top of that, I was never given a receipt for the sale of $300 which seems a shady. This business showed little concern for actually helping the customer or standing behind their work. It felt more like they were focused on selling parts and taking payment rather than diagnosing or solving the issue. For something as important as mobility equipment, trust and accountability matter. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of. I would not recommend based on my experience. I do NOT recommend this AZ Mediquip at all. **************************************************************** 2/10/26 Called the Scottsdale location and spoke to Chris and he listened to my concerns and emailed me a receipt for the batteries right away. Other than that Chris could not do anything else because I will not be back in this place.

Marjorie at AZ Media quip was very helpful showing my daughter and I 3 different Comfygo electric light weight travel wheelchairs . Yes I would recommend going there to purchase any kind of medical equipment

We took a mobility scooter in for a diagnostic check and new battery. We dealt with the manager Al. He was great. Replaced the battery, showed us new options and made some reccomendations. We ended up with a new power chair with great features. Our son is pleased with it. This is the 2nd scooter/ power chair we've bought from this company. Highly reccomend them. Ask for Al.

I came in wondering about nasal bandages since I had just come out of an endoscopic sinus surgery and a sinuplasty, and they didn't have it. However, the staff was so sweet and redirected me to a store that did have them!

The person who helped me yesterday was truly a sweet dude he was kind and caring and made sure I knew that it was a retail store and not a pharmacy and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the nebulizer he made sure to not come off as judgemental he clearly was just wanting to make sure I wasn't surprised amazing customer service he was fast and I don't even think it took 5 minutes to start the account and upload the perception for the nebulizer he even made sure it was okay that he kept the prescription for the records instead of assuming will definitely be going back for any medical supplies I need.

We added grab bars to our MB shower and they did a wonderful job of installing them. Thank you Sheri for your expertise in that area. We're very pleased.
