AZ MediQuip - Goodyear

Today, my aunt and myself, we’re on a mission to purchase a bed and other items for our Aunt Charlene who fractured her hip and broke her femur. Immediately as we entered into this business Marjorie, greet us with a warm smile. She listened to our needs and helped us decide on what we needed. She even let me see if the wheel chair we purchased would fit in my trunk, before we purchased it. I work in the customer service industry and it is very rare you to receive the type of service we received. Marjorie made us feel comfortable and any questions that we had she answered them. It's tough enough shopping for items we know nothing about, but to have Marjorie guides us through this process was so amazing and stress free. Marjorie also recommended all types of beds, bathroom accessories and made sure to show us all price levels. Thank you Marjorie for making our first experience at AZ MediQuip memorable! We took a mobility scooter in for a diagnostic check and new battery. We dealt with the manager Al. He was great. Replaced the battery, showed us new options and made some reccomendations. We ended up with a new power chair with great features. Our son is pleased with it. This is the 2nd scooter/ power chair we've bought from this company. Highly reccomend them. Ask for Al.

I’ve used this location on 3 different occasions for a mobility scooter rental. Fist 2 times, I had no issues whatsoever and was treated great. On my 3rd time renting a mobility scooter, I went to Las Vegas and while using the scooter, the battery died after 20 minutes of use. I called them and reported my issue, they were concerned and tried to diagnosing it over the phone, but it ended up being a bad battery pack. They refunded my money and apologized. I mentioned that my sister in law would be meeting us in Las Vegas and they offered to send me a replacement battery pack. Once my sister-in-law met up with us, I replaced the battery pack and it solved our issues. They went above and beyond, solved my issue and still refunded my money. I would recommend this location any day of the week.

We had a wonderful experience at this store. Marjorie was wonderful and knowledgeable. My sister and I needed several items for our mother. Marjorie knew Exactly what we needed and made a lot of great recommendations. The store is clean and well stocked. They had everything we required. You won’t be sorry if you shop here.

The young lady at the store in Goodyear Oct 8th was suburb. She took the time to show me several options addressing my personal needs. I found exactly what I needed. And I am very satisfied with the walker I bought.

I hurt my lower back and was desperate to find a supportive brace, but everywhere I looked came up short. I was finally referred to this store, and the moment I hobbled in, Marjorie and her boss immediately noticed the pain I was in. They were the perfect team—while he searched through back braces, Marjorie gently supported me, letting me lean on her as I made my way across the store. When it came time to try them on, she stood by my side, holding me up and helping adjust each one until we found the right fit. I walked out not only with a great back brace and Biofreeze to ease the pain, but with the feeling that I had truly been cared for. Marjorie didn’t just help me physically—she empathized, comforted me, and reminded me that sometimes what you really need is someone kind enough to stand with you through the hurt. She made a painful day feel a little lighter, and I’ll never forget that.

Marjorie was fantastic and very helpful. My 98 year old Mother broke her hip and she helped me get everything Mom would need to be able to come home. I want to thank Marjorie with all my heart.
