Completed a plumbing inspection and preparation work inside a residential laundry area in San Tan Valley, Arizona. The visit included evaluating washer supply lines, drain standpipe, shut-off valves, and water connections. Existing copper piping and fittings were checked for signs of wear, corrosion, and alignment.
The laundry plumbing connections were adjusted and secured, and the water valves were tested to confirm proper shut-off operation. Drain placement and discharge clearance were also reviewed to help ensure correct washer drainage and reduce the risk of overflow or leakage.
The plumbing system is now prepared for appliance connection and standard use.
