Today’s visit in San Tan Valley, Arizona involved inspecting an exposed interior plumbing wall where copper supply lines and a drain line were accessible behind the framing. The homeowner had noticed moisture and water collecting near the base area.
During the inspection, we found a small active leak on one of the copper joints. The section was isolated, the damaged fitting was removed, and a new connection was installed and pressure-tested. After repair, the line was monitored to confirm normal water flow and no further seepage.
We also checked surrounding piping for heat marks, corrosion, and alignment to help reduce the chance of future leaks. The area was left dry and the plumbing system was functioning normally at the time of completion.
