Adrian seems like a good guy, but the way he runs his business isn’t fair. When I asked about repairing my laptop screen, he gave me a price range, but when I went in the price range went up because it was a “Pro” model. I agreed, but when the repair was finished, the price went up again. He said he was giving me a discount on labor, but really it was just the $150 diagnostic fee being “deducted” — which he had already told me would be applied toward the repair. So in reality, there was never a real discount. On top of that, I also had him fix my girlfriend’s laptop, so he made double. I understand it’s a business and it is what it is, so I paid the full price. After about 2 weeks, the screen stopped working again — just showing black with lines — even though it had been working fine the day before. When I contacted him, instead of honoring the 2-month warranty he advertises or even offering a solution, he immediately said it was “physical damage” and went straight into quoting me a new repair price. Keep in mind, I had already paid $575 — and as a normal college student, I don’t have that kind of money to throw around, especially twice, on what could very well be a botched job that caused the issue in the first place. I chose to repair instead of buying new to save money, and now I feel like I wasted it. I wouldn’t recommend taking your computer here for repairs

I'm torn with Ardin and AZ Computer Services because he did do what was ask but I also feel a little taken advantage of. My labtop was Windows 10 and it was super slow. Adrian loaded addational hard drive to my existing system. And the computer was working again but than it began freezing up which meant my memory was overloaded with upgrade that Adrian did. I did reach out him with additional problem but no response. Where I feel take advantage of and maybe it was partly my fault not realizing how old my computer truly was. I wish Adrian could of said to me something in lines of like Ill fix your computer but given your computer running on windows 10 and computer now are currently are windows 12 maybe invest in new computer instead me fixing it. I much more would appreciate him being honest with me telling me that my computer too old handle more of hard drive and additional memory. If he told did that I would have much respect for him. I do understand he was just doing what was asked but he could also been honest with me instead my taking money and leaving me with computer that no longer works. I feel he took advantage of my vulnerability/ despition get my computer back in running again. It Just not cool what he did. Also I find it very unprofessional when I asked for my invoices all work done I only get invoice for diagnostic not all other work done. And when I reach out regarding my new problem with my computer he ignore my email. Be cautious because clearly he rather take your money than give fair/honest advice. Edit: after doing some research I discovered he completely over charged me for adding more to my hard drive. He charged 3x the price if I had done myself. Basically what I paid him fix my computer that no longer works cost more than what I paid for new computer. 🤬

Adrian is quick to take your money, but not so quick to follow up or stand behind their word. My PC was having issues and Adrian quoted me $200 for diagnostics, which was really high and we worked out a deal for $150, mentioning they would use the $150 towards a credit on repair. He did pick my PC up after he refused me to drop it off to him, I was in the area, maybe he's claiming insurance miles, who knows, but he did pick it up and drop it off which was convenient I guess. When he picked my PC up he said there was no signal so he couldn't send receipt.. I asked him to send me a receipt for the charge, probably about 5 times, and every time I called him he was super short and rushed me off the phone like he was super busy, and didn't care. Finally they got back to me after I called many days later and they said the processor was overheating and the water cooler had broken down. That part is true and why I give them 2 stars instead of 1. But he said that it wasn't repairable and I needed a whole new PC - which was bs and excuse not to use the credit for repair. I got my PC back, it didn't turn on - did some probing and they left the GPU unplugged and the 2 memory sticks in the wrong slots and left me with no windows OS. Luckily, I started building my PCs in 5th grade and know how to work around a computer, got it to post, and then had to reinstall windows again - definitely not the state a PC should be in when returned to a customer, especially when it was in working order upon dropping it off, anyone else would probably have been screwed. Anyways, he lied to me about it being repairable - I'm writing on the PC right now, I reinstalled windows (with a hair dryer blowing cool air at the PC) and have the CPU running at 70% until I can fix the thermal issues very soon. I asked for a refund, never heard back, so I'm letting my credit card company deal with it. Be cautious, lying to your customers and leaving your PC in an unstable condition, and refusing to send receipts upon many requests.. this is not how you run a business in America.

AZ Computer Services is like a Concierge Computer Service, on-call, answers your every need, fast, professional, trustworthy and they go Above and Beyond your every call. They are ethical, and value customer service to the max! They answered the phone immediately, and Adrian, the co-owner came to my home, same day. He figured out what was needed, took my desktop with him, gave me the game plan and proceeded to rescue my data, put a new operating system in my desktop installing internal back up and told me it had overheated. He fixed the cooling system fan, relaced with Therma paste for the CPU and he knew everything about everything! He said it might take a few days to do it, but he did it in ONE! He and his brother, Howard, have very high customer service standards. Adrian is so efficient, professional, knew everything about everything and was so kind, to the point, warm and friendly. Their prices are fair, and his in home service calls are a luxury and he gives plenty of time making sure you understand everything and can operate things on your own! Because of how responsive he was with our desktop, we then asked him to take our 2 laptops for servicing and he returned them right away by installing, repairing, updating and making them like new! Then we said, take our brand new desktop and he made sure everything was set up correctly, installing a new super anti-virus, internal back up, surge protector, and more, so we will call him in a year for maintenance on all of our computers, something we have been negligent about previously. No More! We have our Concierge Computer Guys! Their turn around time is unbelievable! Adrian's knowledge will impress you! And he makes time for you right away. I had to call him back because there was a glitch in something. He came the next morning and fixed it in my home, as he has done before, and said the new anti-virus software was blocking everything, instead of just blocking bad websites, because it was everything because it was new operating system. He diagnosed the problem immediately, on site, and he is the only one we will ever turn to again! If we could give 1,000 stars we would! Randi Wortman
