Adrian seems like a good guy, but the way he runs his business isn’t fair. When I asked about repairing my laptop screen, he gave me a price range, but when I went in the price range went up because it was a “Pro” model. I agreed, but when the repair was finished, the price went up again. He said he was giving me a discount on labor, but really it was just the $150 diagnostic fee being “deducted” — which he had already told me would be applied toward the repair. So in reality, there was never a real discount. On top of that, I also had him fix my girlfriend’s laptop, so he made double. I understand it’s a business and it is what it is, so I paid the full price. After about 2 weeks, the screen stopped working again — just showing black with lines — even though it had been working fine the day before. When I contacted him, instead of honoring the 2-month warranty he advertises or even offering a solution, he immediately said it was “physical damage” and went straight into quoting me a new repair price. Keep in mind, I had already paid $575 — and as a normal college student, I don’t have that kind of money to throw around, especially twice, on what could very well be a botched job that caused the issue in the first place. I chose to repair instead of buying new to save money, and now I feel like I wasted it. I wouldn’t recommend taking your computer here for repairs

Very disappointing experience. I brought my laptop in good condition with great performance. The only issue was the battery. I paid $150 for an HP battery replacement. Within a few days, the battery started draining quickly again, and the laptop now has to stay plugged in most of the time. Worse, the laptop’s performance became noticeably slower after the repair, even though it was working perfectly before. The battery issue was not fixed, and the overall performance got worse. I do not recommend this shop. Watch out for your hard-earned money.
