I brought my car in because the thermostat was leaking coolant. They replaced the thermostat and I picked it up, but I still noticed a drip underneath the car. I took it back the same week and they checked it and told me it was fine. Ten days later it was still leaking, so I returned again. This time they found a cracked hose that also needed to be replaced. The next day I noticed the coolant level was low againāthey hadnāt topped it off after the repairāso I had to bring it back once more just for that.
It definitely wasnāt a smooth, one-and-done experience, and it took four visits total to get everything 100 % resolved.
That said, Iām happily leaving 5 stars, and hereās why: I spoke with the owner personally several times through all of this. Itās very clear he genuinely cares about his customers and wants everything done right. You learn a lot more about a shop when something goes wrong than when everything is perfect, and he and his team handled the hiccups professionally and without making me feel like a bother.
He recently bought the business and is actively working to improve itāheās honest about that and you can tell heās proud of the place and wants it to be the best it can be. In an industry where itās hard to find someone you can truly trust, that honesty and attitude mean everything to me.
The work was done correctly in the end, the pricing was good, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and respectful. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is worth its weight in gold these days, so I have zero hesitation recommending this shop. Iāll absolutely be back for any future service or repairs. Great owner, great teamāglad I found them!
