My Tacoma is 20 years old and, as you can imagine, it’s seen its fair share of wear and tear—especially on the front hood, which had a lot of weathering and chips from years of pebbles hitting it. Despite the age and the battle scars, I love my truck and decided it was finally time to invest in restoring it a bit. After visiting the shop and speaking with Amir, I felt confident. I went home, read through some of the reviews, and decided to go for it. We focused on the front bed of the truck for this phase, and I also bought new headlights, which they kindly installed for me. The results? I’m absolutely elated with the outcome. The truck looks refreshed and better than it has in years. I’m already planning to have the back bed done next summer to complete the transformation. It’s been a great experience, and I’m appreciative of Amir and his team!

I had a great experience with AZ Auto Repair and Body Shop. They helped me and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The pricing was very fair, and they truly worked with me to make sure everything was taken care of within my budget. Mike and Shirley were absolutely amazing professional, kind, and very communicative throughout the process. They made me feel confident that the car was in good hands. Just got my Chrysler 300 back after being painted and they did a phenomenal job to say the least. Entire staff is as professional as they come and I'm truly grateful to God for their kindness, and unmatchable service, expertise and incomparable prices! šŸŽ©šŸ‘āœļø

Went in for an oil change. Very friendly and welcoming staff and atmosphere. Was shown potential issues to keep an eye on with my car with no high-pressure upsell pitches. Happy to have found my go-to shop in Phoenix ā˜ŗļø

After my wife badly scraped the side of her Volvo, leaving deep gouges in the paint and metal, we turned to this auto body workshop. They did an absolutely impeccable job, completing the repairs in about a week. We were also very impressed by their transparent and much lower "out the door" price compared to other estimates we received. I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of quality auto body work.

I brought my car in because the thermostat was leaking coolant. They replaced the thermostat and I picked it up, but I still noticed a drip underneath the car. I took it back the same week and they checked it and told me it was fine. Ten days later it was still leaking, so I returned again. This time they found a cracked hose that also needed to be replaced. The next day I noticed the coolant level was low again—they hadn’t topped it off after the repair—so I had to bring it back once more just for that. It definitely wasn’t a smooth, one-and-done experience, and it took four visits total to get everything 100 % resolved. That said, I’m happily leaving 5 stars, and here’s why: I spoke with the owner personally several times through all of this. It’s very clear he genuinely cares about his customers and wants everything done right. You learn a lot more about a shop when something goes wrong than when everything is perfect, and he and his team handled the hiccups professionally and without making me feel like a bother. He recently bought the business and is actively working to improve it—he’s honest about that and you can tell he’s proud of the place and wants it to be the best it can be. In an industry where it’s hard to find someone you can truly trust, that honesty and attitude mean everything to me. The work was done correctly in the end, the pricing was good, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and respectful. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is worth its weight in gold these days, so I have zero hesitation recommending this shop. I’ll absolutely be back for any future service or repairs. Great owner, great team—glad I found them!

Great customer service from the moment I pulled into the lot! Took time to give a detailed quote with different options to work with my budget. My go to for all things body and mechanicals. Likely one of the cheapest car business around. Often offer multiple options to fix which is nice. English and Spanish speaking crew. Well run business. Attentive owners make sure you're happy with end result.

In short, they held my car hostage and I had to call the police to get my car back. Officers said this was not the first time they have been there for a situation like mine. Keep reading for details but I obviously do not recommend these guys. I had a damaged tailgate and bumper cover. I opted for an aftermarket bumper cover to save some money. They had my car for roughly 2 weeks. Came to pick it up and from a distance it looks decent but subpar up close (cover not fully clipped in, paint has cracks and tape lines, etc). They blamed me for choosing aftermarket and took no responsibility for anything. Their offered resolution was for me to pay in full and then buy a new OEM cover for them to do it again. Why would I have them do more work? I agreed to pay so I could get my car. At that point, I went outside to take pictures of their setup for my review. Their setup is shared with a used car dealer. There is no actual ā€œshopā€. Just open air bays in a rear parking lot. This is when Faez said I could not go into the back lot (which I did not), told me to leave, moved my car into the back lot, and closed the gate. I ended up calling and waiting for the police. They corrected Faez and said I was allowed to take pictures of the property as long as I was not in the back lot. They stayed until I paid and left. Also I purchased a yelp deal and I was not allowed to redeem it because he knew I was going to leave a bad review.
