Efficient and friendly he carried out the work competently and to a high standard. He then fully checked the system to ensure all was working both properly and effectively. Would not hesitate to employ Aaron again and would give 6/5 if I could.... Aaron is definitely my first point of call should I need a plumber in the future.

Aaron came to us on 8 December to fit an Ariston electric water heater. Wall mounted. For unknown reasons he did not use the bolts included in the kit that came with it. Instead he used some thin screws. Overnight it fell off the wall and we awoke to a flooded bathroom. Aaron said he was in hospital after a car crash and could not come out, costing us £180 in emergency plumbers fees. I eventually found the bolts he had not used and now he is not answering the phone. I am a disabled woman with 2 kids and we bought the water heater with a grant from a charity. The heater is a write off. Aaron was lovely whilst he was here and I can't think why he did this to my family. Only an idiot would think anything less than bolts would hold up a tank like that. Writing this on behalf of my mother, I'm one of the two children, eldest of the two that had to help my mother with the leak.

From the very first contact I had with with Aaron he was very helpful, efficient and nothing was too much bother. He arrived promptly and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and have his number stored safely in my phone for next time.
